A few years ago the City of Toronto put together a fund to help beautify the admittedly unbeautiful Yonge Street. One of the first places to take advantage of the offer was Toronto's favourite titty bar, The venerable Zanzibar Tavern. Ironic and yet somehow perfect as well- if you know T.O. at all.
